Known for a "technical-first" approach, Appficiency combines deep system architecture expertise with strong business logic to drive digital transformation globally</p> <p><strong>The Opportunity </strong></p> <p>As a Senior Consultant I, you will operate as a senior leader within the consulting practice — overseeing complex, multi-workstream engagements and providing strategic direction across client portfolios rather than individual projects alone. You will be a recognized expert and trusted advisor to clients' executive leadership, driving business development, shaping practice-wide standards, and directly leading and developing a team of consultants. Your focus expands beyond project delivery to practice growth, client portfolio health, and organizational impact. </p> <p><strong>What You'll Do </strong></p> <ul> <li>Simultaneously work on 4-5 client projects/engagements while overseeing 1-2 additional projects </li> <li>Manage new and existing accounts, assessing customer needs and leading the build, test, and implementation of NetSuite </li> <li>Lead all phases of NetSuite implementation, including requirements gathering, documentation, buildout, validation/demos, testing, and user training </li> <li>Own project allocations, team capacity, and billable hours, including assigning activity trackers and roles for new projects in Salesforce </li> <li>Develop expertise in Appficiency's project delivery methodology and ensure its effective application across engagements </li> <li>Build proficiency in the NetSuite application, its capabilities, and industry standard business practices </li> <li>Identify non-standard business processes and recommend effective, practical solutions </li> <li>Assist clients in designing and implementing their enterprise architecture</li> <li>Participate in the design, build, testing, and support of integrations between clients' business systems </li> <li>Resolve NetSuite issues clients encounter, delivering innovative and effective solutions </li> </ul> <p><strong>What You'll Bring </strong></p> <ul> <li>5-6 years in a professional services, functional, or technical consulting role, with prior experience in a senior or leadership capacity </li> <li>Extensive experience leading large-scale SaaS, IT, or industry-specific implementations (e.g., distribution, manufacturing, retail, media & advertising) </li> <li>A Bachelor's degree preferably in Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience </li> <li>Deep, expert-level experience on the NetSuite platform, including complex, multi-entity or global implementations </li> <li>Demonstrated success building and managing profitable, long-term executive level client relationships </li> <li>Strong strategic and business acumen, able to align enterprise objectives to scalable, long-term technology strategy </li> <li>Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills </li> <li>Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment under ambiguity and pressure </li> <li>Proven experience managing and developing consulting teams and their performance </li> <li>Advanced knowledge of cloud computing technologies and enterprise architecture best practices </li> <li>Willingness to travel to client locations as needed </li> <li>Expertise in NetSuite modules like Advanced Manufacturing, Work Orders and Assemblies, Demand and Supply Planning, and Advanced Inventory Management. </li> <li>Experience in FMCG or related industries such as manufacturing, retail, and warehousing is an advantage. </li> <li>Fluent in Mandarin and English </li> <li>Must be currently residing in Taiwan</li> <li>Must be able to travel to Taipei / Kaohsiung City for onsite client visits.</li> <li>Has Accounting experience. </li> <li>Has ERP / NetSuite experience. </li> <li>Has Manufacturing experience / MES experience </li> </ul> <p><strong>What
