This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role for someone who thrives embedded with business teams — not behind a backlog.</p> <p>You will sit with teams across Operations, Creative, Support, and beyond, shadow how they actually work, spot where AI can genuinely give them their time back, and then build the solution yourself: end to end, from discovery to production. You find the problem, decide what to build, build it, ship it, and make sure it sticks.</p> <p>We trust your judgment.
