In this role, you will manage day-to-day logistics and operational activities across global shipments, inventory movements, supplier coordination, and order fulfillment.</p> <p>You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure operational excellence, scalability, and outstanding customer experience.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, warehouses, suppliers, and logistics partners</li> <li>Monitor and improve delivery performance across suppliers and logistics vendors</li> <li>Track inventory movements and support inventory accuracy across global locations</li> <li>Support order fulfilment processes for new customer orders, RMAs, and replacement shipments</li> <li>Work closely with Global Support, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution</li> <li>Help optimize logistics workflows and drive automation and scalability across supply chain operations</li> <li>Ensure accurate documentation and system updates within ERP/CRM platforms</li> <li>Proactively communicate shipment status, delays, and operational risks to stakeholders</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations within a global technology company</li> <li>Experience coordinating international shipments and working with logistics providers</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Highly self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented</li> <li>Team player with the ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones</li> <li>Fluent English (spoken and written) — mandatory</li> <li>Experience with ERP/CRM systems — advantage (Salesforce preferred)</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field — advantage</li> <li>Availability for occasional after-hours support when required</li> </ul> <p>A reasonable estimate of the salary for this role, at the time of posting, is $75,000 - $85,000.
