Identify capability gaps, evaluate emerging technologies, and develop roadmaps that align technical innovation with company objectives and customer needs.</p> <p><strong>Lead technical strategy and solution development.</strong></p> <p>Develop high-level mission concepts and technical architectures that position Advanced Space for future growth. Support proposal efforts by shaping winning technical solutions, evaluating feasibility, and ensuring alignment with portfolio strategy.</p> <p><strong>Drive business growth.</strong></p> <p>Work closely with Business Development to identify new opportunities, engage customers and partners, and expand Advanced Space's presence within your technology portfolio. Help prioritize investments, evaluate return on investment, and guide technology maturation efforts through funded programs and IRAD initiatives.</p> <p><strong>Be the technical expert.</strong></p> <p>Maintain a deep understanding of Advanced Space's technologies, ongoing programs, customer priorities, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Represent the company at conferences, technical meetings, and customer engagements while serving as a trusted subject matter expert.</p> <p><strong>Connect innovation across the company.</strong></p> <p>Partner with engineering, systems engineering, program management, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure technology development remains aligned across projects.
