As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.</p></div><p><strong>ABOUT THE JOB</strong><br> <br><span data-contrast="none">Anduril’s Air Dominance and Strike (AD&S) team is seeking a Mission Systems Engineer to join our team with a strong background in integration and packaging of electronics assemblies both at the module and platform level. </span><br>  <br><strong><span data-contrast="auto">WHAT YOU’LL DO</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559684":-2,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1"><span data-contrast="none">Integration and packaging of electronics assemblies both at the module and platform level</span></li> </ul> <p> <br><strong><span data-contrast="auto">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <ul> <li>12+ years of RF, microwave, or mmWave packaging and integration experience, or 10+ with an advanced degree, including multiple programs carried from concept through qualification and production</li> <li>BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or equivalent demonstrated experience</li> <li>Demonstrated ownership of thermal management for high-power semiconductor devices — GaN, GaAs, or comparable — including junction-temperature analysis, interface material selection, and validated correlation between thermal models and measured hardware</li> <li>Hands-on experience with microelectronic assembly processes: die attach, wirebond or flip-chip, hermetic sealing, and the inspection and screening methods that gate them</li> <li>Working fluency in RF behavior, not just mechanical implementation</li> <li>Experience designing to military or aerospace environmental standards with direct involvement in qualification campaigns</li> <li>Proficiency with mechanical CAD and thermal/structural simulation, and enough comfort with 3D EM tools to interrogate someone else's model</li> <li>Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance; U.S. Person status required for ITAR-controlled work.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$191,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$253,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
