The flows, the interaction design, the experience: yours, not a partner team's. </li> <li>Strategy is a collaboration — no one person owns it. Innovate constantly through the lens of the vision and drive the integration of that innovation into the strategic direction of the products. </li> <li>Actively build product — not the rule of the job, but a constant, strategic urgent practice.
