You’ll foster an environment of ownership and continuous learning, coaching Scrum teams in Agile excellence to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. By bridging the gap between business goals and technical execution, you will define a clear technical vision, manage complex integrations, and partner with Architects to modernize the roadmap while reducing tech debt. Ultimately, you take full accountability for engineering deliverables, ensuring they are scalable, on schedule, and held to the highest standards of quality and excellence. <h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3> <ul> <li>Build and take ownership of the Salesforce engineering team and drive excellence.</li> <li>Brainstorm ideas of how to improve training, process, hiring, etc</li> <li>Participate in your team’s coaching, personal development, performance management, and career growth. </li> <li>Set clear expectations and goals for team members and create opportunities for team members to showcase their work </li> <li>Facilitate team-building activities </li> <li>Build an in-depth understanding of the code owned by the team. </li> <li>Encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration </li> <li>Identify and address recurring issues in development cycles and improve speed of development. </li> <li>Ensure code quality and best practices </li> <li>Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders in understanding the requirements and translating them into technical designs. </li> <li>Provide high-level technical recommendations, approaches, and feedback. </li> <li>Create and maintain project timelines </li> <li>Identify dependencies between different systems and facilitate communication bet
