This role owns projects from initial planning through implementation, launch, and post-launch optimization, translating business objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Network Strategic Operations Specialist independently manages multiple cross-functional initiatives involving providers, facilities, and internal stakeholders. The role applies strong project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to identify operational challenges, develop scalable solutions, manage risks, and drive initiatives to successful completion. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC.</span></em></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><em>Network Strategy & Operations</em> <ul> <ul> <li>Own and lead strategic Network initiatives from planning through implementation, launch, and post-launch optimization.</li> <li>Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and success measures for assigned initiatives.</li> <li>Translate business objectives into actionable operational plans, processes, and workflows.</li> <li>Lead cross-functional workstreams and drive stakeholders toward key decisions, deliverables, and milestones.</li> <li>Identify operational risks, dependencies, and barriers and proactively develop recommendations and solutions.</li> <li>Lead launch readiness and post-launch evaluation to ensure initiatives achieve intended outcomes.</li> <li>Provide project updates, recommendations, risks, and outcomes to Network leadership and key stakeholders.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, provider experience, and Network performance.</li> <li>Exercise independent judgment and critical thinking to solve complex operational challenges and recommend improvements.</li> </ul> </ul> <em>Provider & Facility Operations</em> <ul> <ul> <li>Develop and execute operational strategies for provider- and facility-facing initiatives.</li> <li>Partner directly with providers and facilities to understand operational requirements and incorporate stakeholder insights into project planning and implementation.</li> <li>Identify and resolve capacity, scheduling, workflow, and other operational challenges that may impact project outcomes.</li> <li>Analyze provider and facility feedback and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.</li> <li>Serve as a strategic point of contact for assigned initiatives and drive successful implementation across provider and facility stakeholders.</li> </ul> </ul> <em>Cross-Functional Collaboration</em> <ul> <ul> <li>Lead collaboration across Network Strategy, Network Operations, Clinical, Product, Technology, and other internal teams.</li> <li>Establish accountability, manage dependencies, and drive alignment across stakeholders without direct authority.</li> <li>Identify operational gaps, trends, and emerging risks and proactively recommend solutions.</li> <li>Serve as a subject matter resource for assigned Network initiatives, processes, and operational workflows.</li> </ul> </ul> <em>Data & Process Improvement</em> <ul> <ul> <li>Analyze Network and operational data to evaluate performance and inform strategic recommendations.</li> <li>Develop reporting and performance measures to assess project and initiative outcomes.</li> <li>Lead process improvement efforts that increase efficiency, scalability, quality, and stakeholder experience.</li> <li>Partner with relevant teams to identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and improved workflows.</li> </u
