This is a full-time, nonclinical role responsible for coordinating Consumer Directed Services (CDS), maintaining accurate documentation, supporting compliance, and helping consumers receive dependable in-home care.</p> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">The CDS Case Manager will manage a caseload of consumers and work with attendants who provide care for those consumers.
