You will work closely with the office staff, clinical leaders, and field staff to promote excellent client outcomes, support operational goals, and strengthen the overall effectiveness of the office.</p> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">This role works collaboratively with an experienced Clinical Manager and Rehab Manager and is well-suited for a nurse leader who is ready to contribute to a high-performing team and take on additional responsibility when needed.</p> <h2 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s35e _1ibi0s36a">Responsibilities</h2> <ul class="wnfdntf"> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to the home health team.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Promote safe, effective, and compassionate care that is consistent with BAYADA standards and applicable regulations.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Monitor clinical outcomes, quality measures, productivity, and other performance metrics.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Conduct and support supervisory visits throughout the NTV service area.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Partner with the Office Director and Area Director on office goals, workflows, budgets, and operational priorities.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Help ensure that client care plans are appropriate, implemented effectively, and updated as client needs change.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Collaborate with field staff, clients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support continuity of care.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Coach, mentor, and encourage team members through clinical challenges and day-to-day decision-making.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Assist with office coverage and leadership responsibilities when other Clinical Managers or the Rehab Manager are out of the office.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen team performance, and enhance the client and employee experience.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Use sound clinical judgment and creative problem-solving to find a way to yes whenever possible.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Participate in meetings, training, quality initiatives, and other activities that support the success of the office.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Perform other duties as assigned.</p> </li> </ul> <h2 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s35e _1ibi0s36a">Required Qualifications</h2> <ul class="wnfdntf"> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Home health nursing experience.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Strong clinical assessment, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Ability to travel throughout the NTV service area for supervisory visits.</p> &
