Core HCM lives in one place, Talent in another, Performance and OD systems in another, and a variety of other point system solutions throughout the People function. The data those systems generate is underutilized, integrations between them are inconsistent, and the opportunity to apply AI and automation thoughtfully across this landscape is full of opportunity.
