At Townsquare Interactive, we're looking for competitive, driven individuals who are ready to put in the work, develop their sales skills, and grow into a full-cycle closing role. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be on the front lines of our sales organization, connecting with small business owners through outbound cold calling, identifying opportunities, and generating interest in our digital marketing and business management solutions. This is a high-volume, outbound sales role. You won't be waiting for leads to come to you. You'll be responsible for creating opportunities through proactive outreach, persistence, and strong conversations. Your mission is to engage business owners, uncover their challenges, communicate the value of our solutions, and qualify opportunities for our closing team. Once you've identified a qualified prospect, you'll execute a warm transfer to an Account Executive who will conduct the full demo and close the deal. This role is designed to build the skills, confidence, and sales foundation needed to advance into a full-cycle sales position.
