Our Project Managers lead Greenhouse implementations for Enterprise customers, owning complex projects with several workstreams from kickoff through go-live. You'll oversee the work of Implementation, Strategic, and Technical Consultants on solution design, integrations, data migration, and custom development. You'll also decide project scope, timelines, and delivery approach, so every customer sees value fast and the project lands on time and on budget. Professional Services is beating its targets, and demand keeps growing. You'll join at a moment when your work directly shapes how quickly our largest customers succeed with Greenhouse. <h2>Who will love this job</h2> <ul> <li>An orchestrator – you love keeping several moving workstreams in sync and making sure every stakeholder knows what's next and why</li> <li>A trusted advisor – you earn customers' confidence quickly, have the hard conversations early and leave them glad they picked Greenhouse</li> <li>A risk spotter – you see dependencies and blockers coming, raise them and solve them before they turn into delays</li> <li>A builder – you're energized by a lean, fast-growing team where your ideas for better processes actually get used</li> </ul> <h2>What you’ll do</h2> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Enterprise Greenhouse implementations with multiple workstreams, often running several projects at once</li> <li>Oversee the work of project team members across software implementation, solution design, integrations, data migration, and custom development to keep delivery on track</li> <li>Use independent judgment to set project scope, timelines, and delivery methodology for each engagement</li> <li>Build and maintain project charters, project plans, RACIs, and risk, issue, and dependency trackers</li> <li>Manage scope and change requests against SOWs, keeping projects on time and on or under budget</li> <li>Track customer sentiment throughout the engagement and raise risks early to protect satisfaction and NPS</li> <li>Collaborate with Greenhouse Success teams for smooth handoffs and long-term customer adoption</li> <li>Help refine Professional Services project management tools, templates, and processes as the team grows</li> <li>Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require</li> </ul> <h2>You should have</h2> <ul> <li>3–5 years of customer-facing project management experience</li> <li>Experience leading technical integrations and/or large-scale software implementations</li> <li>Experience delivering SaaS implementations for Enterprise customers</li> <li>A track record of strong customer sentiment and high NPS, with projects delivered on time and on or under budget</li> <li>Working knowledge of project management principles and tools: project plans, risk management, SOWs, scope and change management, resource management, dependency planning, project charters, and RACI</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, including leading customer-facing meetings with stakeholders at every level</li> <li>Ability to work CST or EST business hours, with flexibility to support EMEA customers as needed</li> <li>PMP or another project management certification, a plus</li> <li>Your own unique talents! The national pay range for this role is $95,800 - $125,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualification
