What's yours?  </div>  Position Overview The Appointment Sales Associate plays a key role in driving the growth of 3 Day Blinds by connecting prospective and returning clients with our design consultants. This position is responsible for qualifying inbound leads, scheduling in-home consultations, and delivering an outstanding first impression of our brand. The role combines customer engagement, persuasive communication, and a strong commitment to service excellence.  What you'll do <ul> <li>Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and qualify leads for in-home or virtual design consultations. </li> <li>Build rapport with potential and returning clients, ensuring a high-quality, customer-first experience. </li> <li>Communicate detailed product knowledge about 3 Day Blinds’ custom window treatments — including blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies. </li> <li>Explain the benefits of our shop-at-home consultations with enthusiasm and professionalism. </li> <li>Utilize proven sales strategies to generate excitement and secure appointments quickly and efficiently. </li> <li>Support sustained year-over-year sales growth by collaborating effectively with design consultants and sales leadership teams. </li> <li>Manage and respond to internal and external emails and chat communications accurately and promptly.<span class="EOP SCXW174945044 BCX8" data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"33555
