The role works closely with operations and maintenance teams, which perform routine monitoring and maintenance, and with service engineering, which owns advanced technical escalation, as well as with design, manufacturing, and supplier quality. The position identifies systemic quality issues, conducts structured investigations, drives corrective and preventive actions, and communicates fleet performance through statistical reporting and trend analysis.
