This individual will report into our Outbound Manager and is responsible for the oversight, development, and accountability of the Picking and Packing Teams, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely order fulfillment from picking through final shipment. Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt Location: 530,000 sq. ft. in Columbus, OH at 6085 Winchester Pike, Columbus, OH 43110 Base Salary: The expected starting salary for the position is $65,400 to $81,750 within a full position range of $65,400 to $98,100 annually. This range reflects the long-term earning potential for the role. Our starting pay practice is the minimum to middle portion of the range, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity, consistent with applicable law and it is rare for a new hire to start above the midpoint. Schedule: This role oversees an operation that runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. ET. While this position generally follows a schedule Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. ET, operational demands during peak and seasonal periods may require leaders to work additional hours beyond their regular schedule. Leaders are expected to maintain a flexible schedule and adjust their working hours as needed to support the business and their teams. Please note: Training for this position will be Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET for the first week!  Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Ensure the Picking Team meets daily Fast Track shipment deadlines with a high standard of accuracy</li> <li>Wave orders, delegate assignments, and oversee priority replenishments to keep operations on schedule</li> <li>Ensure the Packing Team meets daily Fast Track shipment deadlines with a high standard of quality and accuracy</li> <li>Assign packers to stations via the assignment board and reallocate resources across the team as needs shift throughout the day</li> <li>Monitor and maintain shipment supply inventory and serve as backup to the Picking Team when serving as the sole lead present in Outbound</li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for Customer Service on high-priority orders, incomplete SKUs, packing erro
