You’ll bring proven experience in this domain, a strong product perspective, and the drive to turn complex security challenges into products customers love to use.</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>The opportunity</strong></div> <div>You’ll own a strategic product area spanning Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and data governance, with meaningful influence over its vision, roadmap, and execution.<br>Working closely with customers, engineering, security researchers, and design, you’ll build capabilities that help organizations answer essential questions: Where is our sensitive data? Who can access it? Where are we exposed? And what should we do next?<br>This is an opportunity to combine technical depth, customer insight, and product judgment to deliver measurable impact—and help enterprises adopt AI with confidence.</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>What you’ll do</strong></div> <ul> <li>Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area, connecting customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals.</li> <li>Lead discovery with enterprise customers and security and governance teams to understand their challenges, validate opportunities, and shape solutions.</li> <li>Drive capabilities across sensitive-data discovery and classification, exposure management, access governance, risk prioritization, and remediation.</li> <li>Translate complex technical and policy requirements into intuitive workflows, clear product requirements, and actionable development priorities.</li> <li>Partner with engineering, research, and design throughout the product lifecycle, making thoughtful tradeoffs around value, usability, accuracy, scale, and performance.</li> <li>Work with sales, marketing, and customer success to bring capabilities to market, communicate their value, and drive adoption.</li> <li>Define success measures and use customer feedback and product insights to improve outcomes continuously.</li> <li>Help shape our broader data security strategy as enterprise environments and AI use cases evolve.</li> </ul> <div><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></div> <ul> <li><strong>3+ years of product management experience</strong> building B2B enterprise software, including substantial experience in data security, DSPM, or security-focused data governance.</li> <li><strong>A proven track record of delivering products in this domain</strong>, with examples of capabilities you owned, customer adoption, and the impact they achieved.</li> <li>A strong understanding of sensitive-data discovery and classification, data exposure, permissions and access controls, and security or governance policies.</li> <li>Technical fluency in cloud and enterprise data environments, with the ability to discuss architecture, integrations, and technical tradeoffs confidently with engineering teams.</li> <li>Strong customer discovery skills and the ability to turn complex, sometimes conflicting needs into a clear product direction.</li> <li>Experience owning a product area from strategy through launch and iteration, balancing long-term ambition with focused delivery.</li> <li>Clear communication and the ability to align teams, influence decisions, and explain complex ideas to different audiences.</li> <li>Curiosity, initiative, and sound judgment when working through ambiguity.</li> </ul> <div><strong>Experience that would be a plus</strong></div> <ul> <li>Data lineage, catalogs, retention, residency, or compliance and audit workflows.</li> <li>DLP, database security, identity and permissions, or automated remediation.</li> <li>Products spanning cloud, SaaS, and on-premises data environments.</li> <li>Securing data used by AI applications, copil
