This role is responsible for maintaining the operational health of the team’s AI platforms, integrations, and solutions so they remain reliable, secure, and supportable as adoption grows. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact by improving platform reliability, reducing operational overhead, and helping the AI Center of Excellence deliver more value safely and efficiently.</p> <h3 class="wnfdntn wnfdntm _1ibi0s35e _1ibi0s36a">Your Mission</h3> <ul class="wnfdntj"> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdnt10 _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Own day-to-day administration support for Glean, Claude, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and related AI platforms across sandbox, development, QA, and production environments.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdnt10 _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Configure, maintain, and monitor native connectors and MCP access, indexing and crawling processes, authentication, integration performance, and connector health to support reliable search, retrieval, and AI experiences.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdnt10 _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Provide first-line support for chat, agent, connector, indexing, authentication, and permission-related issues; diagnose problems, resolve issues within established procedures, and escalate when appropriate.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdnt10 _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Execute and coordinate agents, custom connector, and related resource migrations across development, QA, and production environments.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdnt10 _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Coordinate testing, UAT, deployment validation, release readiness, and post-release support for feature and agent enablement to maintain solution stability.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdnt10 _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Triage AI incidents and conduct or coordinate root-cause analysis for platform outages, change-related failures, authentication or integration issues, and capacity or credit shortages.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdnt10 _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Monitor AI platform usage, consumption, and credit utilization; produce usage and cost reports, identify unexpected trends, and help implement guardrails and mitigations to prevent unanticipated cost increases.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdnt10 _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Inventory and clean up redundant or abandoned resources, including unused skills, agents, Power Automate flows, connectors, and related configurations.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdnt10 _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Maintain accurate configuration records, operational documentation, inventories, runbooks, known-issue registers, deployment evidence, and compliance documentation.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdnt10 _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Support users, citizen developers, and business stakeholders through onboarding, training, office hours, and troubleshooting guidance.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdnt10 _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Enable approved platform features, tools, models, and integrations in accordance with established standards, security controls, and governance requirements.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdnt10 _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, platform reliability, supportability, and delivery efficiency.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 class="wnfdntn wnfdntm _1ibi0s35e _1ibi0s36a">You Are/Have</h3> <ul class="wnfdntj"> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdnt10 _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">BA or BS in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c"> <p class="wnfdnt10 _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">5+ years of relevant experience in technical operations, platform administration, systems integration, automation, AI technologies, SaaS administration, or a related field.</p> </li
