This role will develop product flows to optimize for exceptional merchant experience and high efficiency. The role will operate with autonomy and identify process improvements across the warehouse network. Solid lean/six sigma and continuous improvement experience will accelerate ShipBob’s growth, and the Staff Industrial Engineer – Supply Chain Operations will guide this by developing new programs and providing training/guidance to eliminate waste in our processes.
