That figure grew year on year, and we now serve more than 300,000 farmers across three regions in Niger State: Minna, Mokwa, and Iseyin.<br><br>Between our tree program and a diverse staple crop program, xx staff are supporting farmers in Nigeria to grow their way to prosperity.</p> <h3>About the Role</h3> <p>Seeking a supply chain professional with 2-5 years' experience to coordinate warehouse and inventory operations, team supervision, and space optimization to support efficient and scalable program delivery.</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <p>Regional Warehouse Operations & Performance </p> <ul> <li>Coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations across assigned regional facilities.</li> <li>Ensure warehouses consistently follow approved OAF warehouse processes, and SOPs.</li> <li>Monitor warehouse performance against agreed KPIs for inventory accuracy, shrinkage, service, productivity, safety and compliance.</li> <li>Identify and share best practices across warehouses to improve consistency and performance.</li> <li>Plan ahead for peak periods and ensure warehouses are ready to support field and farmer needs.</li> <li>Regularly Go to Gemba to understand operational challenges and drive practical improvements.</li> </ul> <p>Inventory Management & Control </p> <ul> <li>Lead regular physical stock counts, reconciliations and inventory reviews across assigned warehouses.</li> <li>Ensure physical stock is accurately reflected in the relevant inventory management system.</li> <li>Investigate inventory variances, identify root causes and ensure corrective actions are completed.</li> <li>Monitor inventory ageing, stock movements, transfers and potential losses.</li> <li>Strengthen controls that prevent shrinkage, stock errors and unauthorized stock movements.</li> <li>Ensure inventory records and supporting documentation are complete and audit-ready.</li> </ul> <p>Warehouse Systems, Documentation & Compliance </p> <ul> <li>Ensure receiving, dispatch and inter-warehouse movements are properly documented and recorded on time.</li> <li>Maintain accurate warehouse records, including stock count sheets, waybills, delivery notes, GRNs, transfer documents and quality records.</li> <li>Conduct regular compliance checks and follow up on identified gaps.</li> <li>Support internal and external audits by ensuring warehouse records and physical stock are readily available.</li> <li>Escalate suspected theft, fraud, significant loss or other serious compliance concerns through the appropriate channels.</li> </ul> <p>Warehouse Layout, Quality & Process Improvement </p> <ul> <li>Ensure effective warehouse layout, product segregation, palletization, labelling and storage practices.</li> <li>Work closely with QA/QC to maintain appropriate product handling, storage and release standards.</li> <li>Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve warehouse flow, space utilization and productivity.</li> <li>Lead practical improvement initiatives using data, root-cause analysis and feedback from warehouse teams.</li> <li>Standardize successful improvements across other regional warehouses where appropriate.</li> </ul> <p>Health, Safety & Environment </p> <ul> <li>Promote a strong safety culture across all assigned warehouses.</li> <li>Conduct regular warehouse Gemba walks and safety checks to identify and address hazards.</li> <li>Ensure appropriate use of PPE and compliance with warehouse safety standards.</li> <li>Maintain clean, organized and safe working environments for employees, casual workers and visitors.</li> <li>Ensure incidents, near misses and safety concerns are reported, investigated and followed through to closure.</li> <li>Encourage team members to speak up and take ownership of safety.</li> </ul> <p>Distribution & Supply Chain Coordination </p> <ul> <li>Coordinate with Logistics, Procurement, QA/QC and field teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely movement of inputs.</li> <li>Support efficient loading, dispatch and inter-warehouse transfer activities.</li> <li>Ensure warehouse capacity and dispatch plans are aligned with operational demand.</li> <li>Work with Logistics teams to resolve delivery and dispatch challenges quickly.</li> <li>Support efficient use of warehouse and transport resources to reduce avoidable operational costs.</li> </ul> <p>Team Leadership & Development </p> <ul> <li>Provide day-to-day leadership and support to W
