We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing commercial heating and cooling systems. This position is responsible for providing high-quality service, communicating professionally with customers, and ensuring HVAC systems operate safely and efficiently. • Install, maintain, and service HVAC equipment • Perform maintenance and repairs when needed • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults with HVAC equipment • Communicate with client to ensure work is completed to their satisfaction • Must be on time and ready to complete the task at hand • Submit required paperwork on a daily basis • Maintain cleanliness of vehicle, tools, and equipment • Attend weekly department meetings • Ability to use the required tools to complete the required task • Follow all safety protocols • Understand and wear personal protection equipment (PPE) • Follow all established procedures and standards communicated by management • Customer service skills • Ability and willingness to work standard business hours • Detail oriented and organized • Knowledge of HVAC equipment • Technical aptitude • Verbal and written communication skills • Valid driver’s license • Tasks include Lifting, Digging, Climbing Ladders, and Entering Small or Confined Spaces • Ability to Lift, Pull, Carry, Push up to 50 lbs. • Ability to complete repetitive tasks which may include overhead or awkward positioning • High School diploma or equivalent • OSHA 10 Certified (Preferred) • EPA Certified (Preferred) • Competitive pay • Full-time, year-round employment • Comprehensive health insurance (including dental and vision) • Health Saving Account with company contribution • Company paid Life Insurance • 401(k) plan with company matching • Paid time off and holidays • Professional development assistance • Company Vehicle, depending on position
