You'll work under the direction of our project managers and own your assigned work from start to finish. You Are: • A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work. You Have: • Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ. Your Location: • In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid) • 165 Moffett Blvd, Mountain View, CA 94043 • Projects in the surrounding area Your Schedule: • Full Time: 40 Hours Per Week • Mon-Fri (7:30am-4:30pm) Your Manager: • Patrick, Project Manager Audio High's Core Values: • Teamwork • Craftsmanship • Innovation • Integrity • Passion for Exceptional Systems • Perform pre-wire and rough-in work for AV, control, and network systems • Complete finish and trim-out work: terminate and label wiring, install devices, and build out equipment racks • Install and configure wired and wireless networks, including routers, switches, and access points • Test, commission, and document systems through punch-list completion • Troubleshoot and service AV systems, including service calls • Read blueprints and rack diagrams; configure equipment and devices • Keep project managers updated on progress and completion • 5+ years of high-end residential AV experience • Experience with pre-wire, finish installation, and network setup • Familiarity with brands like Crestron, RTI, Lutron and URC • Lighting/shades and programming experience (a plus!) • $38-$57/hour – Yup! • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 100% covered • 80 hours PTO/year • Up to 40 hours sick time/year (after introductory period) • 8 Paid Holidays • Year-end bonus • Employee discounts on high-end AV gear
