As a CX Associate, you are the heartbeat of a customer-centric mission. You’ll work under the close guidance of your CX Lead to help provide outstanding support to customers. • Answering client's inquiries through phone, email and chat • Addressing issues with the orders and product inquiries via customer interface platform and from Facebook and email. • Tracking Shipments and backend shipping inquiries • General Research • Updating addresses and client information Hard/Technical Skills • Language: Must be fluent in German and English and can convey key conversational points concisely. • Shift Timing: Availability to work weekends or having split-offs Soft Skills • Complexity: Highly organized and can complete multiple projects concurrently.
