Operations & Reporting • Partner cross-functionally with Production, Planning, Sourcing, Accounting, IT, and Distribution teams to align logistics strategy with business priorities. • Manage Tracking Reports and system data integrity • Track shipments in real-time, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders and addressing delays or discrepancies immediately. • Maintain accurate logistics and freight data within NetSuite ERP, including data entry, filing, and recordation. • Prepare and analyse logistics reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimise processes. • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to provide updates on all active and in-transit Purchase Orders. • Manage Tracking Reports and system data integrity • Support ad-hoc projects and requests as needed. • 4+ years of experience in EU/UK logistics, freight, or supply chain roles, preferably within apparel, fashion, or consumer goods. • Proven experience managing freight forwarders, parcel carriers, and third-party logistics providers. • Strong understanding of EU and UK customs regulations, import/export documentation, and trade compliance requirements. • Experience working with bonded and non-bonded facilities. • Familiarity with retail launch calendars and seasonal inventory planning. • Proficiency with logistics systems and ERP platforms; NetSuite experience is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills with strong attention to detail. • Positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite at our London location.
