You’ll collaborate with advanced AI systems on topics such as financial modeling, regulatory compliance, negotiation strategy, transaction documentation, and corporate governance—evaluating model outputs for accuracy, logic, and practical applicability, and identifying opportunities to improve reasoning and analytical depth.</p> <p>On a typical day, you will review and assess AI-generated content related to M&A scenarios, evaluate the validity of financial and legal reasoning, document performance gaps, and work closely with our team to refine prompts, frameworks, and evaluation criteria.</p> <p>A law degree (JD or equivalent) is required. Deep familiarity with M&A principles—whether from a legal or financial perspective—is essential.
