Whether you're leading a morning huddle, helping a customer find the perfect fit, or keeping the store running smoothly during peak trading periods, you'll bring Gymshark's values to life every day. </div> WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: <div> <ul> <li>Leading from the front to deliver an outstanding, human-first customer experience.</li> <li>Coaching and motivating team members to achieve exceptional service and operational standards.</li> <li>Running daily team huddles, sharing priorities, and creating energy on the shop floor.</li> <li>Supporting customers with product recommendations, outfit builds, and fitness-focused advice.</li> <li>Driving sales through genuine customer connections and value-led conversations.</li> <li>Taking ownership of shop floor presentation, stock availability, merchandising, and store standards.</li> <li>Serving as a keyholder, opening and closing the store in line with operational procedures.</li> <li>Acting as the on-duty leader when required, confidently making decisions and solving problems.</li> <li>Supporting stock flow, replenishment, deliveries, and back-of-house organisation.</li> <li>Handling customer queries and escalations with professionalism, care, and sound judgement.</li> <li>Ensuring health & safety, cash handling, and operational checks are completed accurately.</li> <li>Adapting quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a positive and productive environment</li> </ul> </div> WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Essential Criteria: <div> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a retail leadership role, with a track record of coaching, mentoring, and supporting team members.</li> <li>Experience working within a retail store environment, either on the sales floor or within a stock/operations function.</li> <li>Previous keyholder experience.</li> <li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create genuine customer connections.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead teams through busy trading periods.</li> <li>Ability to multitask while maintaining high standards across customer service, operations, stock management, and visual presentation.</li> <li>A proactive, solution-focused approach and the ability to make decisions when needed.</li> <li>Passion for fitness, wellness, community, and the Gymshark brand.</li> <li>Adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn, develop, and embrace feedback.</li> <li>Valid Right to Work in the UK</li> </ul> </div> This role is subject to a Basic DBS check.
