<p><strong>Lead Partner Development Manager, Strategic Partnerships</strong></p> <p>AppsFlyer’s Partner Development team builds and scales relationships with our top strategic partners, ensuring integrations are technically sound, commercially valuable, and widely adopted by advertisers. We’re looking for a Lead Partner Development Manager to own our relationships with companies like Google, Apple, Amazon, and more, sitting at the intersection of Partners, Product, R&D, Data, and GTM.</p> <p>You’ll identify and create results that work for our mutual customers, helping reinforce AppsFlyer as the trusted leader in measurement.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as the focal point for all inbound and outbound partner initiatives, with regular engagement from working level up to executives</li> <li>Manage and scale existing partnerships; identify new areas of growth and opportunity</li> <li>Evaluate, analyze, and prioritize inbound partner requests against the AppsFlyer roadmap, driving them to decision and delivery</li> <li>Build the case for AppsFlyer and customer needs outbound, influencing partners to adopt them and expand the mutual offering</li> <li>Write briefs and requirements, and align stakeholders on scope and external messaging</li> <li>Translate partner API, privacy, and attribution updates into product decisions, documentation, and customer communications</li> <li>Identify and mitigate partnership risks (technical, commercial, privacy, legal, competitive); own escalations and incidents end to end; define data-sharing guardrails that protect advertiser trust and neutrality</li> <li>Build and streamline partner processes (intake, prioritization, escalation paths, documentation, tracking), applying automation and AI tooling to save the team time</li> <li>Define and track KPIs for adoption, revenue impact, and integration quality, acting on gaps</li> <li>Partner with AppsFlyer GTM teams and partner marketing teams on joint GTM, launches, campaigns, and advertiser adoption; join advertiser calls to unblock adoption</li> <li>Train internal teams (regional PDMs, GTM) and partner sales, support, and marketing teams on integrations and best practices</li> <li>Use data analysis (SQL) to size impact and validate hypotheses; lead EBRs and business reviews that shape the strategic narrative for partners and leadership</li> <li>Lead global business reviews and product overviews for a wide range of stakeholders, including partner executives</li> <li>Present in internal and external sessions, sharing insights on AppsFlyer features and partner ecosystem trends</li> <li>Connect PMs, Product Marketing, Legal, CS, Support, and executives around partner opportunities, risks, and ongoing requirements</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years in ad tech or a related industry, with proven success building business partnerships with measurable results, owning strategy and execution end to end</li> <li>Proven success in a role requiring technical understanding and direct interaction with Product teams; ability to connect business outcomes to product development</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem: advertisers, ad networks, agencies, technology platforms</li> <li>Experience with global enterprise companies and partner stakeholders at all levels, including executives</li> <li>Comfort with data analysis (SQL) to size impact, validate hypotheses, and back recommendations</li> <li>Experience organizing and breaking down strategic objectives into tactical, actionable milestones</li> <li>Ability to manage cross-functional and cross-time zone priorities in a global, collaborative environment</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and executive reviews</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience as a Program Manager, Product Manager, or Consultant</li> <li>Experience working for or with Google or Meta</li> </ul>
