With backing from our investors, including Blackstone, this is just the beginning…</span></p> </div> <div> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Come join the A-Team at AirTrunk, where the cloud meets the ground.</span></p> </div> <p> </p></div><p><span style="color: #3598db;"><strong>Your Impact</strong></span></p> <p>As the Contracts Specialist - Operations based in our Singapore HQ, you will report to the Senior Contracts Manager - Operations and work closely with various teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region, making your mark in a number of ways:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee and manage outsourced services and contracts within Property Operations covering Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong regions.   </li> <li>You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth contract administration and contribute to the operational excellence of our data centres.  </li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(53, 152, 219);"><strong>What You'll Do </strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Assist in developing, reviewing and managing contractual documentation. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Participate in tender preparation including the review of scope of works, tender evaluations, and recommendations. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Support negotiations and contract administration processes including for variation and dispute resolution.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Support claims management i.e. review claims including payment claims, invoices, variations, time-related claims and the like. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Support the respective Data Centre Operations teams in all aspects of commercial and contract matters across the entire lifecycle of AirTrunk data centres in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong regions. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Support and coordinate vendor performance reviews, and other vendor management processes such as tracking of performance metrics and compliance. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Cost management and cost reporting across all active contracts and services. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Assist with developing and streamlining contract management processes and tools to improve contract management effectiveness.   </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Assist with process implementation, initiatives and continuous improvements aimed at increasing time and cost efficiencies of our data centre operations. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Concurrently, manage multiple projects including preparation of support for new data centre capacity and capital improvement projects associated with our existing data centres. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Local and regional travel to data centre sites may be required at times</li> </ul> <p><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p> <p><span style="color: #3598db;"><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Contracts Management, Facilities Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, Engineering or relevant equivalent discipline.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Minimally 5 years of strong contract management experience in property or infrastructure development field - particularly in commercial aspects, including contract preparation, negotiation, administration and dispute resolution.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Good communication skills with strong stakeholder management covering both internal and external parties (vendors). </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience in real estate facilities or property management contracts preferred. </li> <li>Previous Data Centre experience desirable but not essential. </li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div><span style="color: rgb(53, 152, 219); font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>The AirTrunk Culture </strong></span></div> <div> </div> <div><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Working at AirTrunk is a once in a lifetime opportunity to fast-track your career and amplify your impact.
