This individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end technical delivery, including solution architecture, technical discovery, data mapping, development oversight, testing, deployment, and production readiness. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in enterprise integration and data migration technologies with proven experience managing technical teams, client relationships, project deliverables, and delivery quality. The Technical Delivery Manager will serve as the primary technical delivery lead, working closely with solution architects, developers, data migration specialists, project managers, and client stakeholders. This role requires the ability to understand complex technical solutions, make architectural decisions, remove delivery obstacles, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, requiring the ability to guide development teams, review technical designs, troubleshoot complex integration and migration challenges, and directly contribute to solution delivery when needed. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Critical Hiring Requirement: This is not a traditional project manager position.
