Typically, the work schedule is from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, though there might be times when additional hours are needed to meet business demands. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the title clearance team by providing direction, feedback, and support for efficient operations. • Manage workload by prioritizing tasks, delegating, and balancing resources to meet deadlines and goals. • Promote team development through training and professional growth opportunities. • Monitor SLAs to ensure compliance, timely delivery, and quality standards. • Act as primary escalation contact to resolve issues promptly and communicate with stakeholders. • Ensure adherence to company policies, best practices, and regulatory compliance. Requirements Required Education: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience demonstrating relevant proficiency. Required Experience: • 10 years in title, with substantial management experience, rather than 10 years exclusively in leadership. Preferred Background / Industry Experience: • At least 10 years of overall title experience, including substantial team leadership or management experience. • Extensive hands-on experience reviewing title commitments, clearing liens, interpreting legal descriptions, and determining lien priority. • Experience identifying and resolving title issues that may affect loan approval, closing, or funding. • Experience reviewing corporate documents to verify entity authority and property ownership or vesting.
