Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, this position focuses on translating subject matter into high-quality facilitator and learner materials that support our Craft Trainers, as well as the rest of the professional and administrative staff in the organization. Although there are no direct reports now, the role could evolve with growth and responsibility over time.
