You combine deep technical expertise with mentorship, driving test automation, AI adoption, and a culture of quality ownership across your team.</p> <h3><strong>Meet the Job</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Drive Strategy:</strong> Champion the "Shift Left" approach, utilizing the V-Model to map acceptance criteria to unit, integration, and regression levels.</li> <li><strong>Automate Everything:</strong> Build and own the test infrastructure, coding robust automation for all acceptance suites within our CI/CD pipelines.</li> <li><strong>Innovate:</strong> Implement AI-driven testing tools to accelerate test case generation and visual regression checks.</li> <li><strong>Coach & Mentor:</strong> Guide engineers on TDD/BDD practices, ensuring the entire team writes high-quality, testable code.</li> <li><strong>Quality Gatekeeper:</strong> Challenge requirements early to ensure they are unambiguous, complete, and fully testable before a single line of code is written.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>How About You</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Tech Stack:</strong>.Senior-level proficiency in Java is mandatory, along with proficiency in at least one other language (Python or JavaScript), with the ability to code complex automation.</li> <li><strong>Tooling Expert:</strong> Hands-on mastery of frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) and CI/CD configuration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).</li> <li><strong>Methodology:</strong> Deep understanding of the SDLC, the V-Model, and how to define provable acceptance criteria.</li> <li><strong>Forward-Thinking:</strong> Experience with or a strong desire to apply AI testing techniques to modern quality challenges.</li> <li><strong>Mindset:</strong> A proactive collaborator who takes full ownership of domain quality and thrives on solving impediments independently.</li> </ul>
