<p>You will have full P&L responsibility for the Belgian market, driving commercial performance and customer value across online casino, sportsbook and a retail sportsbook network of more than 400 points of sale. The role requires deep gaming industry expertise, a strong product and CRM background, and the ability to operate across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will be French-speaking and will work closely with central and local teams to deliver the market strategy in line with regulatory requirements.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Lead and develop a high-performing team of local experts and professionals.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Drive sustainable revenue growth and customer value through product performance, customer engagement and lifecycle optimisation.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Develop and implement the local market strategy and annual plans, managing the market budget and working closely with central teams to align product, CRM and commercial priorities.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding and activation through retention, loyalty and reactivation, using customer insights and performance data to identify opportunities.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Partner with Product and CRM teams to improve the customer proposition, product experience and customer journeys. This role does not own local marketing strategy or marketing campaign execution.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Use customer feedback, behavioural insights and performance metrics to identify friction points and improve the end-to-end customer experience.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Optimise day-to-day market operations and commercial performance to achieve quarterly and annual targets.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ensure market activities and customer journeys comply with applicable local regulations across the relevant jurisdictions.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Monitor competitors, product developments, customer behaviour and regulatory changes across multiple jurisdictions.<br><br></li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.<br><br></li> <li>Extensive senior-level experience in the gaming industry, with a strong track record in product, CRM, customer lifecycle management or commercial operations. Marketing-focused profiles are not the target for this role.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions, with the ability to adapt commercial and product priorities to different regulatory and market environments.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Direct experience in the Belgian market and a strong understanding of its gaming landscape.<br><br></li> <li>Solid people leadership and stakeholder management experience.<br><br></li> <li>Deep knowledge of online casino and sportsbook, with a proven track record of delivering commercial results in the gaming industry.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience with gaming retail operations is an advantage.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Fluent French, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
