We are building a world-class team of problem-solvers, all dedicated to delivering exceptional storytelling to our customers.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>Strategic Talent Partner will partner with business leaders to develop and implement business people strategies; support business goals and initiatives by ensuring relevant people capabilities and organizational effectiveness based on business understanding. This role will provide coaching, direction and counsel to people managers and business leaders as well as all levels of employees to proactively anticipate, prevent and resolve people issues.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and execute core HRBP activities across employee relations, talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations.</li> <li>Own and resolve complex employee issues and escalations, partnering closely with Legal, Compliance, Employee Relations, and other stakeholders as required.</li> <li>Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies and practices, ensuring effective localization and implementation across subsidiary businesses where needed.</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance, coaching, and support across the employee lifecycle.</li> <li>Analyze people-related trends and metrics, identifying insights and driving appropriate actions and solutions.</li> <li>Maintain strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements, mitigating risk and ensuring compliance in partnership with Legal and HR Compliance teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of total HR experience, with strong hands-on experience as an HR Business Partner</li> <li>Proven track record of advising, coaching, and partnering with leadership and executive-level stakeholders</li> <li>Broad knowledge across key HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, total rewards, talent management, performance management, and learning & development (L&D)</li> <li>Strong problem-solving ability with a history of tackling novel HR challenges and presenting actionable solutions to the business</li> <li>Experience analyzing HR metrics and people analytics to drive data-informed solutions</li> <li>Practical experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to analyze HR data or optimize workflows</li> <li>Business-level fluency in English, both written and spoken</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong>&
