The embryologist consults and advises other staff groups/members regarding IVF laboratory procedures and outcomes, and human assisted reproductive techniques (ART). The embryologist works in a collaborative relationship with the IVF Laboratory Supervisor and other team members, as well as with other Spring Fertility departments as needed. The Embryologist are required to rotate in Andrology/Endocrinology laboratory as needed to cover or help as needed.
