The Lead will help prioritize incidents, assign responsibilities, and maintain continuity across the JSOC to ensure that threats to employees, operations, global assets, and the brand are identified and reported to company leadership in a timely and accurate manner, 24/7.</span><br><br><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">The JSOC Lead will serve as the first escalation point for Operators, support quality control and shift handoffs, and provide guidance during critical or time-sensitive incidents.
