The ideal candidate is a master of all the content available to our customers and the best practices for implementing security awareness and compliance training programs. This role will develop documentation and assist in answering questions as well as get on calls with customers to assist with questions, facilitate sales, and drive usage. </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Performs review of new content each month and updates recommendation training content documentation for international clients</li> <li>Reviews and communicates top used and rated modules as well as best practices for implementing large-scale learning plans using KnowBe4’s industry-leading security awareness and compliance content</li> <li>Reviews quarterly customer feedback with regard to topics and quality of content from users including requests for new topics and communicates this back to the publishers to help inform roadmaps</li> <li>Provides training and guidance to KnowBe4 staff/contractors who produce content in other languages and/or are localizing content </li> <li>Thinks globally and stays attune with regional compliance law updates and cultural expectations of content globally as well as translations available for customers.</li> <li>Takes an active role in creating and supporting content that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive.</li> <li>Contributes to continual improvement of our processes, quality, and efficiency as we grow</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Security Awareness, Instructional Design or related field/experience</li> <li>Excellent communication skills - both written and on the phone</li> <li>Experience with development and updating documentation </li> <li>Experience advising clients on learning plans</li> <li>Experience with translations a plus</li> <li>Experience with project management software</li> <li>Experience with Gmail and Google Docs</li> <li>Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)</li> <li>Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Beneficial if able to speak French and/or German <p class="p1"> </p> </li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Our Fantastic Benefits</strong></p> <div class="gmail_default">We offer company-wide bonuses based on monthly sales targets, employee referral bonuses, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement, and certification completion bonuses - all in a modern, high-tech, and fun work environment.
