Come work alongside Similarwebbers across the globe who are bright, curious, practical, and good people.</p> <p> </p> <h2><strong>About the role</strong></h2> <p>We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Similarweb's new AI-native platform: its direction, its product experience, and the engineering team that builds it.</p> <p>The platform brings Similarweb's data and an AI agent into one workspace, where marketers and analysts go from a question to an answer to action. Customers use it in our own interface and from the AI tools they already work in.</p> <p>This is a hands-on role. You'll shape what the product does, test ideas yourself, and take them to customers, working closely with engineering, design, data and go-to-market teams.</p> <h2><strong>What you'll do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Own the product strategy and roadmap for the platform, and the outcomes it drives: adoption, engagement, retention and growth.</li> <li>Lead a dedicated engineering team from the product side, together with design: priorities, requirements, trade-offs and delivery.</li> <li>Define how AI shows up in the product: what the agent does, how its output becomes something users can rely on and act on, and what good quality looks like.</li> <li>Work across the teams the platform depends on, including AI, data and platform teams, to align on what's needed and when.</li> <li>Bring domain expertise from across the company into the product.</li> <li>Stay close to customers and the market: run discovery, use data to learn what works, and follow the competitive landscape.</li> <li>Partner with marketing, sales and customer success to launch, position and grow the product.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>5+ years in product management, mostly in B2B SaaS.</li> <li>Experience shipping AI or LLM-powered products to customers, and a solid understanding of how they behave in production, including quality and evaluation.</li> <li>Strong product sense and UX judgment, ideally on complex, data-rich products.</li> <li>Hands-on and technical: you prototype with AI tools, work with data yourself, and go deep with engineers.</li> <li>A track record of leading work across several teams and stakeholders.</li> <li>Data-driven decision making, and the judgment to say no.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication in English.</li> </ul> <p><strong>This role is not for you if:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You want a mature product with a settled roadmap. Parts of this one are still being decided.</li> <li>You'd rather hand work off than try it yourself.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Nice to have</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Experience with agent or workflow automation products.</li> <li>Background in marketing, digital intelligence or analytics.</li> <li>Usage-based pricing or product-led growth.</li> <li>A technical background in engineering, data or analytics.</li> <li>Hebrew.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>About the team</strong></h2> <p>You'll report to the Product Director for AI and data products. Each PM in the group owns a product area end to end and works closely with their own engineering team. PMs here are hands-on and use AI tools in their daily work.</p> <p>Location: Givatayim (Tel Aviv area), Israel.
