To learn more about Care Access, visit <a href="http://www.careaccess.com/">www.CareAccess.com</a>.</div><div> <h3>How This Role Makes a Difference</h3> <div> The Real Estate Site Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the site set up/decommission project management process as well as taking the lead at the site set up/decommissions.  They will have an attention to detail ensuring all equipment, furniture and supplies have been received for the site build and they will unpack supplies.  The Real Estate Site Coordinator is responsible for directing and coordinating activities at the site set up. This position provides on-site leadership to crews and subcontractors, assigns work, monitors progress, and ensures that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. For site decommissions, this position will be responsible for assisting in the project management.  They will attend the decommission and they are responsible for directing and coordinating activities associated with the decommissioning, dismantling, removal, and restoration of project sites. This position provides on-site leadership to employees, subcontractors, and vendors; assigns work; coordinates equipment and resources; and ensures decommissioning activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements, schedules, environmental standards,
