Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will transform briefs and business insights into high-quality visual solutions that support campaign objectives. This role requires a strong eye for detail, confidence in client-facing environments, and the ability to deliver creative work that aligns with brand guidelines and tight deadlines.    What you will be doing:  <ul class="___14cu5j8 fdgang7 f1hu3pq6 f19f4twv fuxrj8o"> <li value="1">Design and deliver high-quality assets across a variety of channels and platforms.</li> <li value="2">Translate client briefs and business objectives into compelling creative solutions.</li> <li value="3">Produce digital campaign assets, including HTML5 animated display banners.</li> <li value="4">Ensure all creative work is on-brand, visually engaging, and delivered to a consistently high standard.</li> <li value="5">Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines.</li> <li value="6">Work directly with clients, including regular onsite collaboration and presentations.</li> <li value="7">Communicate design concepts, visual ideas, and storyboards clearly to stakeholders.</li> <li value="8">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated marketing campaigns.</li> </ul>   What you need to be great in this role: <ul class="___14cu5j8 fdgang7 f1hu3pq6 f19f4twv fuxrj8o"> <li value="1">3+ years of experience in a creative or agency environment.</li> <li value="2">Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work.</li> <li value="3">Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Animate.</li> <li value="4">Experience creating HTML5 animated web banners using Adobe Animate or Google Web Designer (GWD).</li> <li value="5">Excellent understanding of digital design principles and asset production.</li> <li value="6">Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.</li> <li value="7">Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.</li> <li value="8">Confident communicator with experience presenting ideas and liaising directly with clients.</li> <li value="9">Fluent written and spoken English.</li> <li value="10">Ability to work onsite with the client in Dublin one day per week.</li> </ul>   Req ID: 18920 <div> #LI-JP1 #LI-Midsenior #Onsite  </div><div class="content-conclusion">Our values shape everything we do:  Be Ambitious to succeed    Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible    Be Inspirational to do groundbreaking work  <span data-c
