HR Manager | Hybrid, UK | Permanent | £40,000pa +benefits, [full time or part time] At The CFO Centre, we help ambitious business owners get the expertise they need to grow. Behind every client success is a team of people, and we're looking for an HR Manager to help look after them. The role You'll be the go-to HR expert for 90+ permanent colleagues and a network of 350+ contractors across the UK, Ireland and beyond. One day you'll be guiding a manager through a tricky situation; the next you'll be reviewing our policies or advising a Regional Director on a contractor query. Reporting to our Head of People, you'll keep us compliant, keep things fair and help our managers lead with confidence. • Give clear, practical advice on the full range of employee relations matters • Manage ER cases from first conversation to outcome • Own principal onboarding • Keep our UK and Irish policies current as employment law changes • Support people projects across engagement, wellbeing, reward and learning • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) is a bonus • Solid experience handling an ER caseload on your own • Up-to-date UK employment law; Irish law knowledge is a plus • Some international exposure, or a real appetite to build it is a bonus • A commercial, calm and confident advisory style • Competitive Salary: £40,000pa • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (including Christmas shutdown) • Hybrid Working - Minimum 3 days in office, 2 days working from home • Pension scheme • Spill - mental health & wellbeing support • EV salary sacrifice scheme • AI Hub, Training Courses & Support • Free on-site parking • Family-inclusive annual company celebration Ready to apply?
