We are looking for someone detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly. Prior experience with testing applications, supporting business process redesign efforts, and working with automated testing is preferred. <strong>This position requires 4 days per week onsite in Washington, DC, and an active TS clearance.</strong></p> <p>Responsibilities: </p> <ul> <li>Document workflows and process steps to support system design and development</li> <li>Gather and analyze business requirements; identify functional requirements and create user stories</li> <li>Create, manage, and track JIRA tickets throughout the project lifecycle</li> <li>Test developed stories and ensure application QA through manual and automated testing </li> <li>Support current-state and future-state business process mapping & redesign </li> <li>Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users</li> <li>Develop and maintain documentation</li> <li>Participate in Agile ceremonies and support delivery using SAFe methodologies; assist the Scrum Master and team as needed </li> <li>Recommend process improvements throughout the project lifecycle</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here's what you need: </strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 2 years professionally work experience as a Business Analyst with an active Top Secret clearance.</li> <li>Must understand, gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories in JIRA.</li> <li>Ability to create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.</li> <li>Full lifecycle development using Agile.</li> <li>Willingness to go onsite in DC.</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">.
