This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, performance, and availability of mission-critical Oracle systems while driving automation and continuous improvement initiatives.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Administer and support <strong>Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2</strong>, Oracle databases, WebLogic, and middleware environments.</li> <li>Perform Oracle EBS DBA activities including:</li> <ul> <li>Patching (ADOP and OPatch)</li> <li>Cloning</li> <li>Backup and recovery</li> <li>Upgrades and migrations</li> <li>Performance tuning and optimization</li> </ul> <li>Design and implement automation solutions using <strong>Ansible, Shell scripting</strong>, or other modern programming languages.</li> <li>Manage and maintain multi-node Oracle EBS environments with shared file systems.</li> <li>Administer Concurrent Managers, Concurrent Programs, Request Sets, Request Groups, and Oracle Workflow components.</li> <li>Troubleshoot Workflow Mailer, notification, and application performance issues.</li> <li>Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives using <strong>RMAN</strong> and <strong>Data Guard</strong>.</li> <li>Monitor system health and performance using <strong>Oracle Application Manager (OAM)</strong> and <strong>Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)</strong>.</li> <li>Evaluate and implement Oracle EBS security controls, upgrades, and system improvements.</li> <li>Partner with business users and IT teams to deliver effective technology solutions.</li> <li>Maintain technical documentation and ensure operational best practices.</li> <li>Provide production support and participate in project implementations, including occasional off-hours support as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here’s What You Need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field.</li> <li>4+ years of experience administering <strong>Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2</strong>.</li> <li>4+ years of experience with <strong>Oracle WebLogic Administration</strong> and related technologies.</li> <li>Strong experience with:</li> <ul> <li>Oracle EBS patching and cloning</li> <li>Linux environments</li> <li>RMAN backup and recovery</li> <li>Oracle Data Guard</li> <li>Performance tuning and system monitoring</li> </ul> <li>Experience with automation tools and scripting.</li> <li><strong>Security+ certification required.</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points If You Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with <strong>Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)</strong>.</li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>ASCP, ECC, and VCP</strong> modules.</li> <li>Experience supporting cloud migrations or hybrid Oracle environments.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Eligibility Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>U.S. Citizen</li> </ul> <p><strong>Clearance Requirement:</strong></p> <p>Top Secret clearance</p> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">.
