Keep reading below to see what we’re looking for!  About the team and position  As a Technician, Inspection, you will have the opportunity to drive the customer experience through  working at one of our Inspection Centers that help recondition the vehicles we sell to our customers.  This role will be responsible for conducting the initial inspection on our vehicles to look for any  imperfections or repairs that may be needed throughout the reconditioning process to ensure each  vehicle meets Carvana’s vehicle quality standards. The qualifying candidate must love helping people  and possess the drive to achieve superior customer satisfaction. They must be goal-oriented,  enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, with the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization.  The Technician, Inspection, will report to the Line Lead, Inspection, and will be an hourly full-time  position. No travel is required.  What you’ll be doing  <ul> <li> Perform technician services such as routine 150 point inspections/maintenance. </li> <li> Record imperfections found during the initial inspection process.</li> <li> Notate and test all controls and features on the vehicles including back-up cameras, lane</li> </ul> departure, Bluetooth, etc.  <ul> <li> Follow proper operating rules, procedures, and standardized work initiatives as assigned.</li> <li> Work on a variety of vehicle tasks for extended periods of time.</li> <li> Partner and provide clear communication with other team members and departments involved</li> </ul> in the vehicle reconditioning process  <ul> <li> Maintain a clean and productive work environment by keeping tools and supplies organized</li> </ul> throughout the Inspection department.  <ul> <li> Report any safety issues or accidents to management immediately.</li> <li> Other duties as assigned. </li> </ul> What you should know  This position requires a minimum of 6 months of Automotive Technician experience or an automotive  trade school degree and requires someone with an entry-level understanding of vehicle re
