The most forward-thinking marketers choose StackAdapt to orchestrate high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels.</p></div><div class="section page-centered"> <h3>What You'll Be Doing:</h3> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end payroll processing for 6 global entities across the UK, Ireland, Germany, Singapore, Japan, and Australia, as well as EOR employees managed through Deel, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery each cycle.</li> <li>Manage and monitor multi-jurisdiction payroll compliance, including payroll taxes, statutory requirements, filings, year-end activities, and regulatory changes across supported countries.</li> <li>Perform and oversee payroll reconciliations, variance analysis, payroll controls, and exception handling to identify and resolve issues before payroll is finalized.</li> <li>Manage relationships with external payroll providers and partners, including issue resolution and service delivery.</li> <li>Support payroll audits, statutory requirements, reporting, and year-end activities across supported jurisdictions.</li> <li>Partner with Finance, People Experience, and Legal to resolve complex payroll matters and support a strong employee experience.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls, reporting, and workflows, including leveraging automation and AI-enabled tools to reduce manual reporting and reconciliation activities.</li> <li>Partner with the Finance team on the ongoing payroll transformation, including process redesign, data migration, configuration validation, parallel testing, UAT, and implementation activities related to the transition to Rippling.</li> <li>Proactively identify payroll risks and escalate complex or high-impact issues with clear recommendations and supporting analysis.</li> </ul> </div> <div class="section page-centered"> <h3>What You'll Bring to the Table</h3> <ul> <li> 3+ years of hands-on UK payroll experience, with experience managing multi-entity or global payroll operations.</li> <li> Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, reconciliations, controls, and statutory requirements.</li> <li> Prior experience with payroll platforms and EOR providers (experience with Deel, ADP Workforce Now, ADP Celergo, and/or Rippling is an asset).</li> <li> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently investigate and resolve payroll issues.</li> <li>Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and work cross-functionally.</li> <li>Experience with payroll transformation, system implementation, automation, or process improvement is an asset.</li> </ul> <div> </div> </div><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in the posting country based on a global rate.
