It’s care delivered the way patients actually want it.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are seeking experienced Board-Certified Physicians (MD/DO) to deliver comprehensive virtual care. If you’re licensed in multiple states, and especially if you participate in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC), we’d love to hear from you.</p> <p>At CareTalk, you bring the clinical expertise. We surround you with scheduling, nursing support, technology, and training, so you can focus on the patient in front of you.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and E/M follow-up visits by phone or video</li> <li>Manage chronic conditions, review medications, and prescribe where clinically appropriate</li> <li>Write orders for indicated screenings and review returned results for the care you initiate</li> <li>Close care gaps and build strong rapport with Medicare patients</li> <li>Document every encounter accurately in SOAP format</li> </ul> <p><strong>Schedule</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 16 hours per week. Our clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm ET, and Saturday, 10am to 4pm ET </li> </ul> <p><strong>Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Board certified MD or DO</li> <li>Active, unrestricted medical licenses in multiple states</li> <li>Medicare participating physician (or willing to become one) </li> <li>Experience in preventive and/or primary care</li> <li>Proven experience providing patient care in a virtual or telehealth clinic environment</li> <li>Comfort conducting both phone and video visits, and EHR fluency</li> <li>Strong documentation and patient communication skills</li> <li>Strong digital fluency and ability to navigate multiple systems</li> </ul> <p><strong>Strongly preferred</strong></p> <ul> <li>Participation in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Location Requirement</strong></p> <p><span data-teams="true">This is a remote U.S.-based position. Employees must perform all work physically within the United States. Most laptops have a built-in webcam, which is acceptable.
