• You draft, review and negotiate contracts with our customers, suppliers and partners. • You support our business units on day-to-day legal questions and develop practical solutions together with them. • You help shape our compliance structures, draft internal policies and design legal processes. You support their implementation and help ensure compliance. • You build our contract management system and ensure our contracts are managed in a structured way and kept up to date. • You also support employment law questions in close collaboration with our People team. • You work closely with our Head of Legal to develop practical legal solutions for a growing industrial company. • You bring the legal perspective into cross-functional topics and projects. • You have a completed degree in law, business law or a comparable qualification. • You bring 3-5 years of relevant professional experience and practical knowledge of contract and corporate law, especially drafting and reviewing contracts.
