SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars.

LEAD PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN - SOLAR CELLS (STARLINK)

At SpaceX, we are building the next generation of space infrastructure to enable large-scale AI data centers in orbit. These orbital AI platforms require massive amounts of reliable, high-efficiency solar power to support intensive computing workloads in space. To make this possible, we are standing up one of the largest solar cell manufacturing facilities in the world. We are seeking a Lead Production Technician to run an assigned area of the cell line during the shift: execute skilled operations on solar cell production equipment, set the standard for the crew, and keep process monitoring, troubleshooting, and quality control consistent from texturing through test.<span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":120,"335559740":259}">

RESPONSIBILITIES:<span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559738":280,"335559739":120,"335559740":259}">

<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":360,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"singleLevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Lead a team of production technicians and associates to hit daily safety, output, and quality targets.
