Apprentice Quality Inspector

We enable customers to design what they want, when they want it and deliver harness builds at record-breaking speed.</span></p> <p>The Apprentice Quality Inspector role will be responsible for performing in-process and final inspections of harnesses and hardware to ensure compliance with internal, external, and industry specifications. This role plays a key part in supporting production goals, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the on-time delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a quality-first mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across functional teams. </p> <p><span data-contrast="auto"><strong>What you'll own:</strong></span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Perform in-process and final inspections of hardware against engineering drawings, industry specifications, and internal/external quality requirements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Conduct incoming inspections as required to support production timelines.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Create and maintain inspection documentation, including First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs), Inspection Reports, Certificates of Conformance (CoC), and End Item Data Packages (EIDPs).</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure the delivery of high-quality products from Senra's manufacturing team, supporting production, operations, and delivery targets.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Drive Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to closure, supporting disposition, approvals, and verification activities as required.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Investigate, document, and resolve product and process issues, ensuring proper corrective actions are implemented and verified.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance product quality, reduce inefficiencies, and support lean manufacturing initiatives.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Perform product testing on hardware as required to verify performance and quality.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to meet production deadlines and operational goals.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> </ul> <p><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-props="{}"><strong>What you'll bring to the team:</strong> </span></span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Technical Degree in a related field preferred).</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">6 months of experience in Electronics Quality inspection or manufacturing roles</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Hands on experience inspection of harnesses to IPC-620 or NASA 8739.4 Class 3</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and industry specifications.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong documentation skills</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills,</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li>Self-starter with a growth mindset — takes initiative, seeks feedback, and embraces challenges</li> </ul> <p><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-props="{}"><span class="Apple-converted-space"><strong>Bonus Points:</strong> </span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">1+ years of experience in quality inspection</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Hands on experience inspecting aerospace or defense hardware</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">IPC-620, IPC-610 and NASA-STD-8739.4 certified </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Previous experience working at a fast-paced, high-growth startup</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Familiarity with inspection techni
