Reporting to the Team Lead B2B, you will build real relationships with your customers, meet them regularly, and understand their device roadmap well enough to expand the account as they hire, refresh, and open new sites. You will own the renewal moment, so that devices reaching end of term get renewed and upgraded rather than returned. You will build the forecast for your book and then execute against it.
